Keeper: AI Household Manual

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Keeper app or website ("Service"), operated by Plentier Systems Ltd ("Keeper", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Keeper helps you identify household appliances, retrieve and index their manuals, and get AI-assisted answers, maintenance reminders, and warranty tracking. Some features require a paid subscription tier.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Keeper offers Free, Premium, and Unlimited tiers with different appliance and home limits, described in-app.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
We may change subscription pricing or tier limits; you'll be notified in-app before any change affects you.

5. AI-generated content & safety disclaimer

Keeper's AI chat, troubleshooting, and visual diagnosis features provide general informational guidance only. They are not a substitute for a licensed, certified technician. Never attempt work on live electrical, gas, or pressurized water systems unless you are qualified to do so. If you smell gas, see sparking, or suspect a fire hazard, stop immediately and contact emergency services or a professional.

AI responses are generated from manufacturer manuals where available and general knowledge otherwise, and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying guidance before acting on it, particularly for anything safety-related.

6. User content

You retain ownership of photos, appliance data, and messages you submit. You grant us a license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service (e.g., running recognition, indexing manuals, generating chat responses).

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, no scraping, no uploading unlawful content, and no attempting to circumvent subscription limits or security controls.

8. Third-party manuals & data

Manuals and product data may be sourced from manufacturers, retailers, or public archives. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party content and are not responsible for it.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the app or our Delete My Data page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plentier Systems Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated guidance.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Plentier Systems Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
